Proverbs and Psalms are two of my favorite books in the
Bible. The cover of the pamphlet drew my attention with the wallet showing
money. Being under guidance of the Holy Spirit, I have been convicted of mismanagement
of money in our church. Most people think they are giving God their money, when
in reality it is ALL His. This resource has attractive colorful borders which
draw the reader’s eye to the text. Some background of the book is given but I
really enjoyed the pages which tell us how to “read” and study proverbs. Some
of our favorite “sayings” are from Proverbs, especially contrasting the wise
versus foolish. There is an excellent page on the description of a wise person
and references verses to illustrate these truths. This author makes use of metaphors,
parallelism, and comparison. Shades and variations of color makes the chart
easy to read and appealing. This pdf was provided by Rose Publishing. I
